Parade Entry Form

-Parade Rules-

1. You must be preregistered.

2. Line up at your assigned number.

3. Please line up no later than 10:30am.

4. No water is to be sprayed or thrown in the parade by hose or water gun.

5. Please have walkers hand out candy. No throwing candy from a moving vehicle.

6. All vehicles should not exceed 10 MPH. Keep a safe distance from the entry in front of you.

7. Motorcyclists under the age of 21 (and any passenger) must wear a helmet.

8. Abrupt loud noises frighten children and animals and should be avoided.
